Decree Law No. 31 of 1990, the Regulation of Securities and the Establishment of Investment Funds, Ministerial Order No. 113 of 1992 Enactment of the Implementing Regulations of Decree Law No. 31 of 1990, and further resolutions and orders amending the same constitutes the “Securities Laws” within the State of Kuwait. The Securities Laws govern both the public offering and private placement of both Kuwaiti and foreign securities, which includes stock shares, bonds and investment fund units.
